The Zurich University of Teacher Education actively shapes education, school and teaching of today and tomorrow in teaching and research. The Department of Students and Cross-sectional Tasks is responsible within the Vice-Rectorate for Education for overarching tasks and projects. In addition to the Chancellor's Office, admissions and study organisation, the International Office, professional aptitude and the psychological counselling centre are also located here.
Your responsibilities.
- Administrative support of activities and tasks in the International Office in the area of student and staff mobility
- Support in the care of international students and guests
- Correction and adjustment of documents, templates and forms
- Data maintenance in the mobility tool Mobility Online
- Assistance in organising (information) events and occasions
Your profile.
- Commercial qualification EFZ or university degree with a broad commercial basis
- Professional experience in the administrative sector and/or university sector, ideally in the area of student mobility
- Ideally experience with the processes of the Swiss-European Mobility Programme (SEMP) or Erasmus+, possibly through own experience abroad
- Solid IT application skills, possibly experience with the mobility tool Mobility Online and/or other databases
- Interest in international and intercultural topics and teacher education
- Open and team-oriented personality
- Quick comprehension and independent, efficient and careful working style
- Excellent knowledge of German and English, spoken and written
- Preferred working days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
