About the job
What you will achieve:
- You welcome customers and provide simple information on various concerns
- You independently handle various tasks, support the team and take on responsibility.
- You process customer enquiries as well as insurance and administrative processes carefully and on time.
- You communicate by phone and in writing with customers and internal contacts.
- You gradually take responsibility for your own tasks and are accompanied by experienced trainers.
Why you will succeed:
- Secondary school A with consistently good to very good grades - completion of vocational baccalaureate school with passed BM entrance exam possible
- Before starting the apprenticeship, proficiency in keyboard typing (ten-finger system) is required
- Strong communicator: orally and in writing in German
- You are reliable, determined, enjoy working in a team, are communicative and interested in the Swiss social insurance and healthcare system, enjoy telephone communication, confidently use daily work tools and look forward to customer contact
- You are ambitious, motivated, curious and want to benefit from a language stay during your training
