Junior Supply Chain Manager Distribution
Tasks
- You are responsible for the end-to-end optimisation and management of partner performance in drop shipping (fulfilment of the customer promise regarding price, quantity & timing, application, implementation & optimisation of SLAs) as well as a standardised and highly automated design of the order-to-cash process.
- You are responsible for order monitoring, validation, processing, and timely execution of processes & tasks. Through close collaboration with our distributors, you also confidently represent our company interests in challenging situations.
- You share responsibility for planning, coordination, documentation, and implementation of partner engagement according to prioritisation.
- You develop solutions for the further development of the supply chain monitoring system in master data & partner management and the associated data basis, as well as the design of dynamic KPI dashboards to control value creation.
- You have a strong affinity for optimising the supply chain and analysing business processes using lean management methods.
- You take responsibility to ensure the deputising of your colleagues.
- You act actively and proactively in various projects within your area of responsibility and are ready to promptly handle short-term requests.
- You ensure daily operations in the order-to-cash process with our partners together with the team.
Requirements
- You have a commercial basic education with relevant further training or a degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, business informatics, or related fields. Experience in project management is an advantage.
- You are a resilient personality who enjoys balancing daily business and project assignments and wishes to continuously develop.
- You are motivated to use your analytical thinking skills to optimally design challenging processes for our customers while ensuring economic efficiency.
- You are confident in using SAP S4, Office 365, and process modelling software and are willing to learn new programmes.
- Ideally, you have already gained some professional experience or completed an internship in supply chain, B2B, e-commerce, or retail environments.
- You have very good German language skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills. (French and Italian are advantageous).
- You are an independent and structured person, and an efficient working style is natural to you.
- You are a flexible and committed personality.
- You enjoy working in a team and can make decisive contributions to success.
- You are prepared to successfully complete relevant further training (e.g. CAS) in your area of responsibility within two years.
