We are looking for you as a Service Elevator Technician (m/f) for Lausanne.

Your role

In this position, you will be responsible for planning and executing all maintenance work on the elevators in your portfolio.

Your tasks with us: no day is the same!

• Maintenance visits (scheduled, calls, and repairs) according to the schedule and deadlines set and in accordance with quality standards. 

• Application of safe working methods and execution of work in accordance with maintenance instructions and safety guidelines 

• Responsible for the safety and performance of the installations 

• Management of the work environment during maintenance work 

• Detection of unforeseen repairs based on the condition of the installation, contacting on-site stakeholders, obtaining validation for work not covered by the contract, and executing the work 

• Writing accurate and timely reports on the work performed 

• Emergency service, on-call 

This is what you bring: a technical understanding

• Apprenticeship as an electrician with experience in mechanics / mechanic / mechatronics technician

• Experience in the elevator field (installation/maintenance) would be a real plus.

• Proven experience in after-sales service to customers

• Native French speaker or excellent command of French (C1 minimum)

• Good knowledge of English is desired

• Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills

• Flexibility, stress resistance

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's license is essential

• Position open to Swiss residents within a maximum radius of 30 minutes around Lausanne. For non-Swiss: you must already possess a valid Swiss residence permit (C or B).
