We are looking for you as a Service Elevator Technician (m/f) for Lausanne.
Your role
In this position, you will be responsible for planning and executing all maintenance work on the elevators in your portfolio.
Your tasks with us: no day is the same!
Maintenance visits (scheduled, calls, and repairs) according to the schedule and deadlines set and in accordance with quality standards.
Application of safe working methods and execution of work in accordance with maintenance instructions and safety guidelines
Responsible for the safety and performance of the installations
Management of the work environment during maintenance work
Detection of unforeseen repairs based on the condition of the installation, contacting on-site stakeholders, obtaining validation for work not covered by the contract, and executing the work
Writing accurate and timely reports on the work performed
Emergency service, on-call
This is what you bring: a technical understanding
Apprenticeship as an electrician with experience in mechanics / mechanic / mechatronics technician
Experience in the elevator field (installation/maintenance) would be a real plus.
Proven experience in after-sales service to customers
Native French speaker or excellent command of French (C1 minimum)
Good knowledge of English is desired
Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills
Flexibility, stress resistance
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license is essential
Position open to Swiss residents within a maximum radius of 30 minutes around Lausanne. For non-Swiss: you must already possess a valid Swiss residence permit (C or B).
