For our Operations Department, we are looking for an experienced personality starting July 1, 2026 or by agreement.
What you will achieve
- You take on the national specialist responsibility in the area of Operations and are the process owner of all relevant processes; these include topics such as deployment support, deployment planning, personnel planning as well as deployment and employee management.
- You operationalize new business ideas.
- You lead the Operations specialist committee, are part of the Operations community, and prepare decision-making bases for the Swiss management.
- You ensure uniform, efficient, and high-quality Operations standards across all regions.
- You are responsible for the design, further development, and implementation of operational guidelines, processes, and instructions.
- You evaluate, develop, and define the resources needed for deployment.
- You lead national projects and collaborate in interdisciplinary projects with other departments and are responsible for the interfaces to the Sales and HR Management processes.
What you bring
- Several years of leadership and deployment experience in the security industry or similar sectors, ideally in a decentralized or national organization
- Education and training in business administration
- Understanding of operational processes, process management, and interface work as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style
- High social competence and strong communication skills
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form and good oral French skills
