Project Management SPIRIT
Do you want to help shape an innovative project that opens up new perspectives on mental health and integration for refugees? Then we are looking for you!
The Swiss Red Cross Canton of Zurich works daily for health, social integration, and equal opportunities. SPIRIT is a pilot project in the field of migration that strengthens the mental health of refugees with the WHO-based brief intervention Problem Management Plus (PM+) . The interventions are carried out by specially trained "Helpers" in the respective first language, low-threshold, culturally sensitive, and practice-oriented.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and implementation-strong personality - for a limited assignment until the end of 2026 - as:
Project Management SPIRIT (80%) (m/f/d)
What you will achieve with us
- You will lead the SPIRIT project professionally, organizationally, and financially according to schedule and targets. You will lead the coordination team as well as the "Helpers" who work on demand
- You will develop and coordinate communication and marketing measures - together with internal and external partners
- You will work closely with the Ambulatory for Torture and War Victims (AFK) and the Integration Office of the Canton of Zurich
- You will prepare project data and write interim and final reports for our client
What you bring with you
- University degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in leading and implementing complex projects
- Leadership skills, organizational talent, and communicative strength
- Intercultural sensitivity and confident demeanor in dealing with various stakeholders
- Interest in mental health, migration, and innovative methods like PM+
