• Independent administrative and organizational support of the medical staff in the Department of Endocrinology, Diabetology & Metabolism
• Efficient organization and planning of consultations, appointments, and medical services
• Responsibility for professional patient management including communication, correspondence, and master data maintenance
• Creation and processing of medical documents
• Ensuring professional internal and external communication as well as performing representative tasks

• Completed training as a medical secretary or completed training in healthcare with commercial further education
• Several years of experience in an assistant, support, or secretarial role, ideally in a hospital or clinical environment
• Structured, proactive, and service-oriented working style as well as high teamwork skills
• Confident German language skills as well as good French and English skills, especially in medical terminology
• Very good IT user skills and high quality and responsibility standards
