Specialist Responsible for Digital Platforms & Channels 80 - %Shape the digital platforms of the Health Directorate
Would you like to actively help shape the further development of digital platform solutions for the Health Directorate and thus influence the digital administration of tomorrow? Then you are exactly right in the Digital Transformation Department.
The Applications & Business Support (ABS) team is responsible for the operation and further development of platform solutions and specialist applications. Together with the Process Digitalisation & Innovation (PI) team, the specialist departments, the Office for Informatics (AFI), the State Chancellery and other partners, we develop these platform solutions in a needs-based and future-oriented manner.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged, innovative and service-oriented personality as Specialist Responsible for Digital Channels & Platforms (80%) with immediate effect or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- You take on the professional responsibility for the digital platforms and channels assigned to you throughout their entire lifecycle and ensure their needs-based, user-oriented and future-proof further development.
- You are responsible for the introduction and further development of platform and standard solutions (e.g. based on SAP, Microsoft Power Platform, Jira/Confluence as well as other cantonal platforms), advise and support the specialist departments in their optimal use and identify potentials for digitalisation, automation and the use of artificial intelligence. In doing so, you promote the sustainable anchoring of the solutions within the Health Directorate and contribute your experience to the further development of cantonal standards and methods.
- You analyse, consolidate and prioritise the professional requirements of the offices, represent them vis-à-vis the Office for Informatics, the State Chancellery and other internal and external service providers, develop viable solution and implementation concepts and accompany their implementation until successful introduction and handover to operations.
- You manage and coordinate internal and external implementation partners and ensure compliance with quality standards as well as the requirements for data protection, information security and governance.
Your profile
- You have a completed education in business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable field.
- You bring several years of experience in professional responsibility, further development or management of digital platforms or comparable digital solutions.
- You have experience in analysing, evaluating and prioritising requirements as well as translating professional needs into sustainable technical solutions.
- You are familiar with modern platform technologies and are interested in their further development, especially in the areas of automation, workflow solutions and artificial intelligence.
- You have experience working with interdisciplinary teams as well as in managing and coordinating internal and external service providers.
- You understand the requirements for data protection, information security, compliance and governance in the further development of digital platforms and solutions.
- You possess strong conceptual, analytical and communication skills and convince through a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working.
- You quickly familiarise yourself with new platforms and subject areas, take responsibility and actively drive the further development of digital solutions with an independent, solution-oriented and networked way of working.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of agile and/or classical project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban or HERMES) as well as experience with platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Power Platform, Jira/Confluence or comparable solutions.
