Working Student Business Management & Strategic IT Communications

Would you like to experience during your studies how Strategic Communications & Business Management in IT interact in an international environment? Then you are exactly right with us! You will work in the Business Management & Communication team and gain insight into central strategic IT initiatives of a financial company.
As a working student, you primarily support communication measures and events in IT and learn how to prepare complex topics in an understandable and target group-oriented manner. Additionally, you will gain insights into business management tasks and actively contribute occasionally in areas such as planning, reporting and controlling IT initiatives. After the familiarisation period, there is the possibility that you will independently take on and advance individual topics and tasks.

These are your tasks
- Support in communication measures along the IT and corporate strategy
- Support in the creation and revision of content on various communication channels
- Support in the organisation and execution of IT events (e.g. town halls, workshops and other events)
- Support in reporting and controlling tasks in IT business management as well as preparation of decision-making bases for management
- Collaboration in the planning and tracking of strategic initiatives and projects
- Cooperation with various stakeholders within the company
What you bring with you
- Ongoing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. Business, Computer Science, Business Communications, Marketing or comparable)
- A completed commercial or banking apprenticeship, experience in marketing & communications and IT are advantageous
- Very good written expression skills and a feel for clear, understandable texts
- Interest in digital communication platforms
