To strengthen our development team, we are looking for a strong leader with pronounced technical understanding
Your area of responsibility
- Technical and personnel management of our software development team in the field of heat products
- Responsibility for the technical implementation of the software platform of our heat pumps throughout the entire lifecycle
- Ensuring quality, stability as well as a clear, future-proof software architecture and timely implementation
- Planning and control of releases in close cooperation with product management and system responsibility
- Driver for the further development and standardisation of our software and release processes
- Interface work with hardware development, service, quality and other areas
Your background
- Education in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics (FH/ETH/Uni) or comparable
- Several years of experience in software development of technical systems
- Experience in a team or specialist leadership role
- Sound knowledge of software architecture, structured development processes
- Understanding of the interaction between software and hardware
- Structured, solution-oriented and reliable way of working
