- You plan excursions and afternoon programs together with a well-coordinated team, which you carry out with your group of children
- You communicate in an age-appropriate and child-friendly manner with the children in your care and ensure respectful interaction
- You maintain close collaboration with the teachers and can engage in dialogue with the children’s parents
- Care Specialist for Children (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification is an advantage
- Work experience is desired
- You are reliable and punctual
