These are your tasks
- Creating consumption-based energy, water, and ancillary cost statements for our customers from the real estate management sector based on Swiss tenancy law and the billing model of the Federal Office of Energy
- Independent management of an assigned customer base of real estate management companies and property owners
- Telephone and written problem solving with real estate management companies, tenants, and condominium owners
This is what you bring
- Commercial basic training or basic training from the service or technical sector (ideally in building technology) with several years of experience in the commercial field
- Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with numbers
- Very good oral and written expression in German with confident correspondence
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Motivation and eagerness to learn
