Construction Manager, 80 - 100%

Responsibilities

• Your important tasks include obtaining planning documents and creating scheduling programmes
• You also prepare the cost estimates for all types of work
• Furthermore, you conduct negotiations with companies and suppliers and coordinate all specialists on site
• In addition, you take on competent site management
• Record keeping, schedule and cost control, as well as quality control, are also key tasks
• Finally, you are responsible for change orders, additional work, and any warranty work
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a degree as an architect ETH / FH, construction manager, site manager, foreman, project manager for building construction, or equivalent (m/f/d)
• Alternatively, a trained and ambitious architectural draughtsperson / building draughtsperson or construction tradesperson is also possible
• Experience in a TU or GU company is a great advantage but not a requirement
