Your tasks:
- Support for learners in health professions and health & social assistance
- Responsible for the support and qualification of learners without additional assignments in the departments
- Conducting practical learning support and maintaining training documentation
- Implementation of the educational mandate and the internal training concept
- Participation in the further development of operational training in collaboration with the co-leadership of education, care, and support and the education team
Your profile:
- Basic training as a health professional
- Pedagogical further training or the willingness to complete such training
- At least two years of professional experience
- High social and self-competence
- Team player personality with a role model function and very good communication skills
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as pronounced service mentality
- Independent work organization and reliability
- Good IT user knowledge with fluent German in spoken and written form
