What is my role?
Qualitative and timely assembly, wiring and testing of modules and complete systems as well as commissioning of plants.
Economic, cost-effective and timely wiring and testing according to drawings, parts lists, schematics, work instructions or directives in impeccable quality.
Carrying out complete vacuum and functional tests according to test instructions and test protocols.
Identifying and reporting errors in work documents, instructional parts, tools and operating equipment as well as initiating the appropriate corrective measures.
Active collaboration with team leaders, design, development and upstream and downstream departments.
Assisting in the creation of test instructions and test protocols.
Taking on projects and additional tasks.
Ensuring order and cleanliness at the workplace.
Adhering to safety and confidentiality regulations.
Ensuring ISO quality requirements.
Ensuring productivity and compliance with deadlines.
Flexibility and teamwork regarding working hours.
Assisting with mechanical assembly tasks.
Optimising workflows and processes.
Active participation in continuous improvement processes (CIP) and 5S.
What do I need to be successful?
Completed training in the mechanical field
Basic knowledge of vacuum technology, control technology, pneumatics and hydraulics
IT skills MS Office/SAP
Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage
English skills are an advantage
Reliable, independent work in assembly areas
Good comprehension skills
Experience in system assembly and functional testing
Understanding of electronics
