Staff Member / Assistant to Business Unit Management 100% (Fixed-term)
The staff service of WAS IV Lucerne is responsible for project management, quality management, conducting internal and external seminars and courses, as well as leadership support for the business unit management. As a maternity cover, we are looking for a service-oriented and flexible personality with an affinity for social insurance for our team from 1 July 2026 to 31 March 2027 (with the option to extend). You can expect a very independent area of responsibility as well as a small, communicative team with a strong team spirit.
Your tasks
- You coordinate appointments and support the business unit management as well as the head of staff service in administrative matters.
- You create presentations and are responsible for minute-taking (including preparation and follow-up) at the WAS IV business unit management meetings.
- You are responsible for internal communication and undertake general secretarial duties.
- You work in quality management and on projects of the staff service.
- You represent your team members in various staff tasks.
Your skills
- You have a commercial education with further training as an executive assistant.
- You possess organisational skills, are used to driving topics forward independently, and approach tasks proactively.
- You work in a service-oriented manner and enjoy interacting with various contacts.
- You bring initial experience in project, quality, and process management.
- You communicate confidently both orally and in writing, and an efficient working style characterises you.
- You have an affinity for various digital applications, especially M365.
