Do you feel comfortable in a central hub function? You provide organisational support to the department head in day-to-day business. In close collaboration with the specialist departments, you operate in an environment that requires trust, responsibility and independence.

Your impact- You provide organisational support to the department head in operational day-to-day business by taking on a variety of administrative and organisational tasks. This includes appointment management (agenda) as well as coordinating events.
- You analyse data and prepare reports and presentations.
- You create minutes and various correspondence.
- You are responsible for document management.
- You have already gained professional experience in a similar position and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft 365 and other common tools is a matter of course for you.
- You are used to working on several topics simultaneously and adapt quickly to new situations.
- Even in a busy workday, you keep an anticipatory overview and complete your tasks confidently, prioritising, pragmatically and solution-oriented.
- You are an approachable personality, actively contribute and have a good sense for people and situations.
- You communicate very well in German and have good French and English skills.
