Senior HVAC Project Manager (Location Lucerne) 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Take overall responsibility for complex HVAC projects such as hospitals, energy centres, laboratories and data centres

• Develop forward-looking, energy-efficient concepts and implement them in practice

• Be responsible for the entire project process from tendering to successful implementation

• Manage cost and project controlling with strategic foresight

• Lead interdisciplinary teams and contribute your expertise to transformative projects

• Optimise planning processes through the use of digital methods and innovative tools

• Advise customers competently on sustainable energy concepts and future-oriented technologies

• Actively support new customer acquisition and take on professional leadership tasks

What do I need to be successful?

• Several years of experience in planning and managing HVAC projects as well as sound technical coordination

• Completed training as an engineer or technician in heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation or a comparable qualification

• Strong communication skills and service orientation to build trusting relationships with customers, municipalities and authorities

• Passion for innovative and sustainable solutions as well as the desire to actively contribute to the energy transition

• Enjoyment in knowledge transfer and an inspiring leadership style

• Team-oriented working style, solution-focused thinking and willingness to take responsibility
