Your future area of responsibility

Independent management of the pastry chef station
Production of high-quality desserts in the patisserie for the à la carte, banquet and seminar areas as well as for the gourmet restaurant 'Centric Dining'
Contribution of your own ideas and creations
Weekly menu planning in collaboration with supervisors
Pastry station orders
Goods receipt and inspection
Cleaning tasks according to HACCP

Your profile

Completed training as a cook with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
Experience in all kitchen stations with a focus on patisserie
Experience in à la carte and banquet areas in upscale gastronomy
Resilience, teamwork, flexibility, innovative spirit and goal orientation
Attention to detail
Enjoyment of a varied and interesting challenge
You enjoy working in a team and are passionate about the hotel industry
