Job Description

Within our consulting and engineering teams, you support a client in their Cloud migration. It is a hybrid role between technical and Product Management. Your mission: define directions, organise governance, and secure the transition to M365 tools, integrating regulatory constraints.

Responsibilities:

• M365 Governance: Design, implement, and automate M365 governance. Define the schedule and organise access to applications (Planner, Viva, Teams).
• Security & Risks: Frame protection against data leakage (DLP), internal collaboration, and conditional access. Participate in legal assessments to validate compliance of data storage in the Cloud.
• Technical Migration: Oversee mailbox migration to Exchange Online, review mail traffic, archiving, retention, and backup.
• Collaborative Space: Deploy SharePoint Online and OneDrive for teams.
• Product Management: Convey the vision, bring together technical and business teams, and ensure communication with external stakeholders.

Qualifications

We are looking for a profile able to simplify technical concepts, question the existing situation, and manage schedules.

Mandatory Skills:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in a similar role (MS Cloud Engineer, M365 Consultant, Architect).
• Technical: Mastery of the Modern Workplace environment (Teams, Viva, Planner, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Product Management: Experience in roadmap management, planning, team coordination, and external communication.
• Leadership: Ability to unite stakeholders and lead change.
• Risks: Knowledge of compliance and Data Leak Protection (DLP).
• Fluent English and French.
