Workshop Manager (m/f/d), 100%
Your task:
As Workshop Manager, you take on the professional and personnel leadership of the subordinate employees and actively contribute to their personal development. You operate very autonomously and independently in our Uetendorf facility and report directly to the Operations Manager. You are also responsible for optimal resource planning in the workshop and take on the revenue as well as cost responsibility in the workshop area. In case of deviations from the set revenue targets, you initiate solution- and goal-oriented improvement measures. Another aspect of your broad range of duties is service-oriented and active customer care, acquisition of workshop orders, and quality assurance.
