What is my role?

You operate and monitor modern production plants and ensure a smooth process

• You set up the machines and commission them

• You carry out regular quality checks and document the results

• You detect faults early and independently resolve minor technical problems

• You perform maintenance and cleaning work on the plants

• You work closely with your colleagues from production and maintenance

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed technical training, ideally as a machine and plant operator or a comparable qualification

• You bring initial professional experience in plant operation

• You work carefully and have a good technical understanding

• You are willing to work in shifts

• You like to get involved and are a reliable team player

• You handle machines and materials responsibly
