You develop company-wide policies and standards in the areas of physical security, operational security, emergency and crisis management, as well as business continuity management.
You implement an effective control system (2nd Line of Defence) through audits, assessments, and risk analyses, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
You provide professional guidance to the Corporate Security Experts, advise the operational business units, and prepare reports and decision templates for management and the board of directors.
You are responsible for optimisation projects, design training courses, and coordinate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders such as authorities, auditors, and customers.
What do I need to be successful?
Completed university degree in security/risk management, military/police sciences, engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional and leadership experience (at least 5 years) in corporate security, security management, or comparable governance/risk/assurance functions.
Comprehensive expertise in security, crisis management, business continuity management, or protection of critical infrastructures.
Proven expertise in security management, risk assessment, auditing, and governance, as well as in the design and implementation of policies and standards.
Practical experience in managing change projects and successful collaboration with decentralised organisational units.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills, as well as an analytical and solution-oriented working style.
Confident and professional demeanour, with proven experience in working with authorities, customers, and auditors.
High integrity, strong initiative, and assertiveness.
Very good German skills and good English skills in spoken and written form; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
What are my benefits?
Modern employment conditions in a future-oriented, federal-related company with meaningful work for Swiss security.
