In this hub function, you are the first point of contact for our customers in Düdingen. What does your range of activities look like?
- You are responsible for all administrative activities and work closely with the financial partners, the sales manager, and the internal service.
- You ensure the flow of daily business: telephone and physical availability, email/post traffic, onboarding new employees, etc.
- You keep the insurance business in the area of non-life private customers as well as individual life up to date.
- You assist the entire sales team in their daily work to achieve our ambitious goals: including CRM maintenance, scheduling customer visits, and creating offers in the non-life private customer sector.
- You support events as well as marketing and social media topics.
Our general agency consists of our three sales teams as well as the support team (Sales Support, Financial and Corporate Specialist Support, Apprentices, Marketing Manager).
