Development Engineer Technical Support 80 – 100% (m/f/d)

• You analyse and optimise the operation of our wood combustion systems.
• Identification of complex or serious problems requiring escalation
• Forwarding to the appropriate departments to ensure an efficient and timely solution.
• Close collaboration with development and process engineering as well as product management to significantly improve our plant technology.
• Conducting recurring type tests of the combustion systems on test benches
• Assisting with and conducting training for customers or internal employees as well as creating training materials, instructions and FAQs.
• Accompanying assignments for training purposes: support during training assignments for troubleshooting, commissioning, revisions and emission maintenance
• Plant visits for quality assurance, damage assessment or in case of major problems
• Remote maintenance and early detection of problems
• Monitoring of plants via remote maintenance systems to detect potential problems early and proactively offer solutions.
• Supporting quality management with technical knowledge

• Technical basic education with further training as a technician HF or engineer FH (mechanical engineering, process engineering or process technology).
• Solid knowledge in thermodynamics, combustion technology or apparatus construction is an advantage.
• Analytical thinking combined with a strong hands-on approach ("can-do mentality").
• Persistent in fault finding, flexible for occasional customer assignments
• Team player with appropriate helpfulness and a service-oriented mindset.
