Your tasks
- Administration and organisation of patient-related documents
- Contact person and interface for patients, nursing staff, relatives as well as doctors
- Patient reception and care before, during and after treatment
- Practice management
- Assistance in the preparation of medical letters
- Service recording, statistics and billing
- Blood sampling as well as carrying out various measurements (blood pressure, pulse, weight, height)
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a medical assistant
- Professional experience – especially in the field of psychiatry is desirable
- People person – empathy and sensitivity in dealing with our patients and their relatives are essential
- Organisational talent – a structured and systematic way of working characterises your daily work
