WHAT YOUR TRAINING WILL BE ABOUT

1st Year

• You will participate in our two-day Welcome Day with all trainees from Switzerland.
• You will learn the routines in the branch
• You will be supported in vocational school and in sales conversations with customers.

2nd Year

• You will take on responsibility for specific tasks in the branch
• You will become a sales professional with the support of your trainer
• You will be trained in ordering goods and inventory management and help with promotions and seasonal placements.

3rd Year

• You will be specifically prepared for your final exam in a two-day seminar, so you can master it with flying colors.
• You will gain valuable insights into the tasks of a manager and learn what it means to be a true leader.
• You will take on a central role in the branch in the third year and can already take responsibility for your own department.
