Then take on a central role in the digital development of the City of Winterthur. As an empathetic and proactive member of the management team of the IT Services (IDW) and as CISO/ISB, you set standards for a secure, modern and future-proof IT landscape. We look forward to you and your active support in the leadership team of the IDW!
Your tasks
- Leadership and further development of the "Architecture, Security & Risk" department (currently 4 employees) as well as management of the IDW as a member of the executive board
- Development of the city-wide Enterprise Architecture and ensuring the alignment of the IDW infrastructure architecture
- Management, planning, monitoring and coordination of municipal IT security including security operations
- Consulting and support for municipal stakeholders in the areas of IT architecture and IT security
- Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
- Responsibility for maintaining the ISO 27001 certification of the IDW
- Development of IT architecture concepts for enterprise on-premises and cloud solutions
Your profile
- Many years of practical experience in complex IT environments as well as strong conceptual skills
- Ability to document and present complex technical matters clearly and comprehensibly
- Sound knowledge in handling highly available and security-critical IT solutions
- Responsible conduct and the ability to act as a link between our customers and the IDW
- Higher ICT qualification (ETH, university, university of applied sciences) or equivalent qualification with several years of professional experience as an ICT architect with a focus on IT security and preferably IT risk management
