Your Tasks

Support, care, and assistance of our residents according to your level of training
Digital care documentation according to competencies and authorizations
Ensuring quality of life and well-being in everyday life
Taking over nursing and medical-technical tasks according to qualification
Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team and contribution to a respectful working atmosphere

What You Bring

Completed training as Care Assistant SRK, AGS EBA, FaGe EFZ, or Registered Nurse HF
Flexibility and enjoyment of assignments in various departments and teams
Responsibility, empathy, and teamwork skills
Resilience and openness to different working hours (early/late/night shifts)
Willingness to continuously develop personally, professionally, and methodically
Good German language skills in spoken and written form
