What you achieve
- Creating subscription contracts and activation documents for new customers
- Processing various changes, ownership transfers, and cancellations for existing customers and distributing the corresponding documents to the involved parties
- Creating delivery documents and configuration files for the end devices
- Invoicing subscription and one-time fees
- Providing support and advice for inquiries from customers and sales partners
What you bring
- A completed commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Excellent oral and written language skills in German and French are mandatory – ideally at native speaker level
- Several years of professional experience in a commercial role with direct customer contact – ideally in a technical environment
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with Abacus is an advantage
- Quick comprehension of complex contexts as well as a pronounced technical affinity
- Strong customer and service orientation
- High independence, personal responsibility, and a team-oriented, positive personality
