What you achieve

• Creating subscription contracts and activation documents for new customers
• Processing various changes, ownership transfers, and cancellations for existing customers and distributing the corresponding documents to the involved parties
• Creating delivery documents and configuration files for the end devices
• Invoicing subscription and one-time fees
• Providing support and advice for inquiries from customers and sales partners

What you bring

• A completed commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Excellent oral and written language skills in German and French are mandatory – ideally at native speaker level
• Several years of professional experience in a commercial role with direct customer contact – ideally in a technical environment
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with Abacus is an advantage
• Quick comprehension of complex contexts as well as a pronounced technical affinity
• Strong customer and service orientation
• High independence, personal responsibility, and a team-oriented, positive personality
