Property Manager, Part-Time 40-80%

Tasks

• You will independently manage an interesting portfolio of properties, consisting of residential and commercial buildings
• You will be responsible for handling initial and re-lettings and will conduct inspections and handovers
• Preparing service charge statements is also part of your varied range of tasks
• Additionally, you will conduct rental contract negotiations and adjustments and be the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and external stakeholders
• If suitable and interested, tasks in real estate accounting can also be taken on (optional)
• The workload can, depending on your preference, range between 40 and 80%

Requirements

• You have solid practical experience in property management
• Further training as a certified property manager is an advantage but not a requirement
• It is important, however, that you live in the Volketswil - Uster - Pfäffikon area
• Do you consider yourself a resilient, self-responsible, and structured property professional with a strong service orientation?
