Tasks
- Organize consultations and prepare for patient visits carefully.
- Coordinate appointments and assist patients both in person and by phone.
- Perform blood draws, injections, and assist in minor procedures.
Skills
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, especially gynecology.
- Excellent PC skills and customer service orientation.

About the job
What you can achieve
- Organisation of consultations as well as careful preparation of appointments
- Appointment coordination and competent contact person for patients – both by phone and on site
- Co-care of outpatient patients in gynaecological and obstetric consultations
- Independent performance of blood sampling, injections, vaccinations and swabs
- Assistance with minor procedures (amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, hydrosonography, cystoscopies, coil insertions)
- Taking on administrative tasks as well as co-supervision of students in training
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant (MPA) or comparable qualification in healthcare, ideally with several years of professional experience in hospital or practice environment
- Good knowledge of medical terminology, preferably in the field of gynaecology
- Confident German as well as foreign language skills (French/English) are an advantage
- Very good PC user skills and a strong service orientation
- Precise, reliable and independent working style
