About the job
What you can accomplish
- Organization of consultations as well as careful preparation of appointments
- Appointment coordination and competent contact person for patients – both by phone and on site
- Co-care of outpatient patients in gynecological and obstetric consultations
- Independent execution of blood draws, injections, vaccinations, and swabs
- Assistance with minor procedures (amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling, hydrosonography, cystoscopies, IUD insertions)
- Taking on administrative tasks as well as co-supervision of students in training
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a medical practice assistant (MPA) or comparable qualification in healthcare, ideally with several years of professional experience in a hospital or practice environment
- Good knowledge of medical terminology, preferably in the field of gynecology
- Confident German language skills as well as foreign language skills (French/English) are an advantage
- Very good PC user skills and high service orientation
- Precise, reliable, and independent working style
