What is my role?

• You actively participate in day-to-day business - from quotation to order processing and ensure high service quality in the B2B environment

• You lead and develop your team of four through targeted training and promote know-how as well as motivation

• You plan sales-promoting measures in coordination with the sales manager and share responsibility for sales targets

• You shape the range and product portfolio in collaboration with sales and purchasing management

• You handle customer complaints in a solution-oriented and service-oriented manner

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a completed apprenticeship as a floor layer or carpenter with appropriate further training or experience in internal sales

• You think entrepreneurially, work independently and are confident in negotiations with customers and suppliers

• You are resilient, solution-oriented and have a strong sense of responsibility

• You communicate fluently in German and are proficient with IT and ERP programmes
