What do I need to be successful?

• Solid commercial, technical or craft-based training - ideally with a focus on sales or organisation

• Further education in business administration or management

• Proven leadership experience in a comparable position

• Fluent German language skills

• Strong customer orientation and quick comprehension

• Confident handling of common business systems such as ERP software, CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications

• Team-oriented personality with a clear focus on goals - even under pressure
