The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognised institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.

With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional expertise with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Social Worker (m/f/d), 80%

At our Baden location, we are establishing a day clinic, trauma-specific treatment service. For this, we are looking for a Social Worker starting 01.01.2027 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Leading a social psychiatric group programme
• Collecting social history, setting goals with patients, conducting individual consultations, and regularly reviewing objectives
• Goal- and solution-oriented counselling of patients in the areas of work integration, daily structure, financial matters, housing, guardianship measures, and family issues
• Supporting patients in contact with social insurance and other external agencies
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external parties
• Contributing to reports, team meetings, and supervisions
• Developing an informative offer for outpatient patients of the outpatient clinic for trauma-related disorders at a low workload (25%)

Your profile

• Degree as a social worker HF/FH or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience, interest in the trauma field
• Further training in social insurance is an advantage
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Open, motivated, responsible, resilient, and team-oriented personality
• We expect an attitude characterised by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients
