Polymechanic Grinding Technology
Activities
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring grinding machines in series production
- Quick and efficient troubleshooting of grinding machines and automation systems to ensure plant availability
- Analysis, monitoring, and optimization of existing grinding processes on custom-built machines to ensure the highest quality standards
- Integration and operation of robotic systems to automate grinding processes Conducting tool and grinding wheel tests as well as selecting suitable components
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality guidelines
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ or comparable technical training (e.g., industrial mechanic)
- Further training in maintenance, grinding technology, or robotics desired
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical company in the field of grinding
- Experience in technical maintenance and process optimization
- Very good technical understanding and analytical skills
- Knowledge in quality assurance and documentation
- Independent and responsible working style
- Very good German skills (at least C1) complete the profile
