The following tasks await you:
- Management of inventory and orders
- Organization and coordination of transport orders
- Goods receipt, inspection, and inventory management of accessories and machines
- Preparation and shipping of accessories
- Creation and processing of quotation requests and order confirmations
- Creation and processing of delivery notes and invoices
- Close cooperation with our sales consultants
- Ensuring a smooth sales process
- Telephone and written advice to our customers on products and services
- Control, follow-up, and processing of ongoing orders
- Support with general administrative tasks
- Participation in the continuous improvement of our internal processes
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Strong organizational skills and an independent, structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
- Experience in order processing, inventory management, or purchasing is an advantage
- High team spirit as well as a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Resilience and flexibility in dealing with changing tasks and priorities
- Good German and French skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
