About the job

For the school complementary care in our school unit Rychenberg/Talwiesen, we are looking for a care staff member from 17 August 2026 or by arrangement. You will accompany the children during 39 teaching weeks in one of the two care groups on two to four days between Monday and Friday. Your working hours are from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm. From October 2026, the workload can be extended to include morning care (6:45 am – 8:45 am) if interested.

Your Tasks

Holistic care and support of children required to attend school and kindergarten

Support of the care and group leaders in organising the daily routine within the open-restaurant concept

Participation in planning activities and projects for the children

Support of the care team in all household tasks

Integration of children with special support needs in consultation with the care management

Your Profile

Completed training as a care specialist EFZ

Experience in caring for children required to attend kindergarten and school up to 6th grade

Committed, resilient and team-oriented personality

Humorous and open to new experiences

Enjoyment of working in a multicultural environment
