Your Tasks
- Professional, organizational, and personnel management of a nursing ward
- Ensuring and continuously developing age-appropriate, high-quality care taking into account current nursing science findings
- Responsibility for the care and support of our patients (m/f/d)
- Personnel management, deployment planning, and professional development of nursing staff in close coordination with the nursing management
- Promoting cooperative and interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors (m/f/d), therapists (m/f/d), and other professional groups
- Shaping and implementing change processes as well as ensuring quality assurance and further development of nursing concepts
Your Profile
- Completed training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or nursing specialist (m/f/d)
- Further training as a ward manager or willingness to complete it
- Several years of professional experience in the nursing field, ideally with initial leadership experience
- Organizational skills, decisiveness, and structured, independent work
- Team orientation as well as the ability to motivate and develop employees
