About the job
Our Clinic for Sleep Medicine (KSM) in Bad Zurzach (from 1 September 2026 in Baden) is a specialised facility for the interdisciplinary care of patients with sleep disorders. Our goal: sustainable help for restful sleep and improved quality of life. With a broad range of treatments and our multiprofessional team, we offer evidence-based medicine at the highest level and care for our patients on an outpatient basis and online.
Your tasks
- Collaboration in the clinic administration team at the Bad Zurzach / Baden location
- Patient reception, telephone switchboard as well as appointment and agenda management
- Outpatient patient administration including recording, maintenance and control of patient data
- Invoicing including monthly closings
- Processing of rejections, invoice clarifications and dunning in direct exchange with patients, health insurance companies and other stakeholders
- General clinic and patient correspondence
- Ensuring smooth information flow within clinic administration and with interdisciplinary specialist departments
- Participation in the optimisation of administrative procedures and processes
You bring with you
- Completed commercial training or training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
- Professional experience in healthcare or the insurance industry
- Experience in billing, ideally with TARDOC
- Enjoyment in contact with patients
- Service-oriented, reliable and team-capable personality
- Independent, structured and careful working style
- Good communication skills and organisational talent
- Very good German skills, foreign languages an advantage
- Good PC user skills, especially MS Office; experience with clinical information systems an advantage (E-Pat)
