In this role, you are responsible for the following main tasks:
- Technical support for customer inquiries
- Coordination of experts in case of quality complaints
- Leading analysis teams and conducting root cause analyses using statistical evaluation methods
- Ensuring efficient processing and coordination of customer complaints
- Supporting departments in the further development of production processes
- Handling projects within the scope of quality management
- Willingness for worldwide assignments at customer sites, travel activity approx. 30%
- Training internal application technicians
To master these tasks, you bring:
- Higher technical education or professional experience at the same level
- Experience in technical customer support
- Experience in project management
- Assertiveness and persistence
- Good communication skills in German and English
