As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking for a HR Talent Development Specialist for a fixed-term contract of 9 months, starting from September 2026.
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will join a dynamic HR team and work closely with HR Business Partners, managers, as well as numerous internal and external partners.
You will contribute to skills development, Sonceboz's attractiveness, and the continuous improvement of our HR practices through varied missions in Learning & Development, school relations, employer branding, and HR projects.
As a Talent Development Specialist, you coordinate and deploy skills and talent development actions within the company.
You support employees, managers, internal trainers, and external partners to ensure a quality employee experience and to support Sonceboz's strategic objectives.
A true coordinator, you manage the organisation of training, lead talent development pathways, develop our school relations, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
Your responsibilities
Learning & Development (60%)
Organise, coordinate, and monitor internal and external training sessions.
Manage the training plan and ensure the smooth running of skills development actions.
Handle the administrative and logistical management of training in collaboration with internal and external partners.
Coordinate and monitor talent development pathways.
Support participants, managers, and trainers throughout these pathways.
Develop and animate the community of internal trainers.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development schemes and educational practices.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (20%)
Develop relationships with schools and academic partners.
Organise and participate in forums, visits, and recruitment events.
Coordinate the reception and follow-up of interns.
Contribute to the development of the employer brand and HR communication.
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement (20%)
Prepare audits and ensure follow-up of requirements related to the training field.
Contribute to the organisation of HR events for employees.
Participate in the digitalisation, continuous improvement of HR processes, and updating of procedures.
Higher education in Human Resources, Administration, or an equivalent field.
Experience in HR development and training management.
