Your Mission 💡
You love sales and passionately advise customers. You are excited to take on responsibility, learn new things, and actively help shape the development of one of the largest digital organizations in Switzerland. In this role, you will be in daily contact with our customers, find suitable solutions, and significantly contribute to SMG's success with your sales talent.
Specifically, you will:
- Proactively advise and support our customers personally on-site, remotely, or by phone in their daily business
- Identify customer needs to offer and sell tailored solutions
- Validate incoming customer inquiries and make initial assessments
- Actively develop and manage the existing customer base long-term
- Visit our existing and potential customers and strategically expand relationships
- Maintain target customers and build sustainable customer relationships
- Create offers, prepare contracts, and accompany the entire contract processing
- Prepare reports and analyses for your area of responsibility and derive action fields from them
- Plan and conduct presentations at the customer to convincingly convey products and solutions
- Actively help shape the further expansion of the business area and contribute your own ideas
- Participate in customer events to show presence and promote exchange
- Build and maintain long-term, trusting business relationships
Qualifications
What you bring
- A completed commercial or equivalent education
- Two to three years of sales experience
- Experience in sales as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar
- You speak fluent Swiss German and English
- You enjoy active customer contact, are a proactive, optimistic team player, and have strong communication skills
- You are proficient in the entire MS Office suite, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
- Driver's license category B

Recruitment Process
For this position, you must already be resident in Switzerland and have a valid work permit or Swiss citizenship.
The work mainly consists of field service assignments with our customers.
