What is my role?

• Independently carry out service work on various catering equipment

• Resolve technical faults directly on site at the customer

• Professionally install new devices

• Competently advise customers on technical questions

• Be an important contact person for catering businesses

• Apply your technical know-how daily in practice

• Work customer-oriented and solution-focused

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g. electrician, electrical installer, refrigeration mechanic or similar)

• Experience in customer service or as a service technician is an advantage

• Driving licence category B

• Independent and reliable working style

• Customer-oriented manner and strong communication skills

• Willingness for on-call duty

• German spoken and written
