Strategic Buyer (m/f/d) 80–100%
Your Tasks
- Development and expansion of strategic procurement areas with a focus on supplier management, sourcing, and contract management
- Participation in the establishment of a professional and organizational goods group and contract management
- Conducting supplier evaluations and audits in collaboration with stakeholders
- Building digital solutions for efficient processing of tenders and supplier development
- Establishing effective and structured collaboration with stakeholders in the area of tender and contract management
- Standardization of tender and contract documents
- In collaboration with stakeholders, establishing SLAs, KPIs, and reporting for strategic procurement
- Handling large procurement cases and concepts as well as negotiations with suppliers
Your Qualities
- Successfully completed higher education HF/FH with a focus on business administration, federal diploma buyer or equivalent training, or technical education (HF/FH) with business management further education
- Solid experience in the construction and/or energy sector, in public procurement law, and in contract management under Swiss law
- In-depth knowledge of methods and strategies in strategic purchasing as well as project management knowledge
- Ideally, you have experience with MS Dynamics D365 and Business Spend Management tools
- Furthermore, you bring very good German and negotiation-level English skills
