As part of our operational excellence approach, we offer two exciting internship topics:
- TOPIC 1: TPM – Total Productive Maintenance
- TOPIC 2: Lean Manufacturing
These projects will allow you to contribute to the continuous improvement of our industrial processes and develop your skills in an innovative environment.
TOPIC 1 – TPM TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE
- Support the deployment of the new CMMS (expand the guide, assist on-site presence, write standard procedures)
- Implement analyses on spare parts consumption (KPI, stock thresholds, replacement frequency)
- Fix TM (Maintenance Technician) performance indicators
- Participate in the metadata strategy and its implementation
- Contribute to the improvement of flows and PR suppliers (1 box for x orders, milk run, supplier benchmark)
- Contribute to obsolescence management and rationalization of equipment/items
- Participate in the implementation of predictive maintenance solutions (Industry 4.0, IoT, ML)
TOPIC 2 – LEAN MANUFACTURING
- Participate in Kaizen workshop facilitation to identify and eliminate waste
- Set up and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) at the group level
- Conduct red/green analyses to track goal achievement and prioritize actions
- Propose improvements on existing Lean tools (5S, SMED, VSM)
- Support production teams in implementing actions
