Intern at the Institute of Applied Psychology 60%
We are looking for a committed and motivated person who wants to gain practical experience in a dynamic environment and help shape the working world of tomorrow.
Department: IAP Institute of Applied Psychology
Start of work: From March 1, 2026, August 1, 2026, or by arrangement, limited to 6 months
The internship mainly includes the following tasks, the weighting of which may vary depending on profile and needs:
- Collaboration in the Strategy & Business Innovation team
- Participation in trend studies (study series "The Human in the Working World 4.0")
- Support in empirical evaluations using SPSS and MAXQDA
- Conducting research
- Preparation of digital content Collaboration in innovation projects
For this versatile and interesting activity, we expect a completed bachelor's degree in psychology or a related social science such as business administration or sociology. In addition to a quick grasp and pronounced organizational skills, you work independently, reliably, and precisely, think analytically and holistically. You convince with very good German, English, and MS Office skills and enjoy project work.
You bring experience in the evaluation of quantitative data and are proficient in using SPSS. Furthermore, experience in the evaluation of qualitative data using MAXQDA is desirable. If you are interested in recent developments in the field of digitization and working world 4.0, this is an advantage. We are looking for an initiative personality who is used to flexible interaction with various contact and client persons. If you also bring a sense of humor, we look forward to meeting you.
