Machine Operator Assembly & Packaging H+H, 4-Shift Operation

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Setting up/converting according to specification documents and supervising automated filling and packaging machines under cleanroom conditions and in hygiene-controlled zones
• Supplying consumables during operation
• Eliminating process and equipment malfunctions within the scope of assigned competencies
• Comprehensive documentation of all manufacturing steps and production deviations on paper and electronically (Batch Record)
• Implementation of cleaning, hygiene, and safety regulations
• Independent maintenance (autonomous maintenance)

Professional Competencies

• Vocational training with a Federal VET Diploma, ideally in a technical environment
• Proven experience in operating mechatronic production machines

Personal Competencies

• The regulated environment (medical devices, pharmaceuticals) requires a high degree of personal responsibility in the work area. Furthermore, a flawless basic attitude towards all hygiene requirements is expected
• Good oral and written German skills are also a basic requirement
• Active support in the continuous development of production processes within the framework of operational improvement management
• For this position, we are looking for someone willing to work shifts (4-shift operation)
• Willingness to assist on other lines and take on additional work assignments during periods of high workload also form part of the profile of the job holder (annual working hours)
