Job Description
- Autonomous execution and monitoring of chemical and technological processes in normal operation and in case of deviations
- Independent starting, stopping, shutting down, flushing, and cleaning of the systems under the adjusted guidance of direct supervisors
- Independent execution and interpretation of standard analyses from samples taken in the laboratory area
- Proactive recognition and understanding of process and technical deviations that could cause problems
- Application of defined methods, systems, or procedures for problem-solving in case of deviations
- Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to standards, guidelines, and procedures related to one's own activities
- Explanation of processes for colleagues and provision of informal support at lower levels
- Participation in projects within a defined framework and flexibility for cross-site activities
Qualifications
- Degree/apprenticeship as a chemistry or pharmaceutical technologist in chemical and pharmaceutical production or an equivalent recognized degree.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in chemical-pharmaceutical production
- Production employee with experience, knowledge, and proven skills to independently perform the tasks required at the professional level
- German spoken and written
- English skills desired
