We are looking for an Expert in Global Operation Network Development (m/f/d) who actively shapes our global production landscape and drives forward-looking operations strategies within our international network.

Then this position offers you the opportunity to take on global responsibility, manage complex environments, and actively contribute to the future direction of Endress+Hauser Flow Operations.

What tasks will you undertake?
You will:

• lead the development and further development of global production concepts and the production network strategy.
• define and implement strategies for product launches within global operations.
• develop, define, and standardise new operational processes.
• take responsibility for business continuity management.
• represent the headquarters of Endress+Hauser Flow in the global team and play a central role in shaping and implementing the worldwide production network strategy (locations in Switzerland, France, USA, India, China, and Brazil).
• evaluate investment scenarios, create business cases, and present these to top management.

What do we expect from you?
You:

• hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management (university/technical college); a doctorate in global operations is an advantage.
• have proven experience in international management and production systems.
• work in a structured manner, think analytically, and act proactively.
• are fluent in German and English (C1); French is an advantage.
• are a committed, communicative personality with strong leadership skills.
